Explore windswept coastlines, hidden beaches, and untouched wilderness, before you arrive at your private stargazing location: either nestled in the dunes by the Pacific, or perched high on a cliff with panoramic views over the Hauraki Gulf. 

As the sky deepens and the stars emerge, it’s just the two of you — and, discreetly nearby, your stargazing guide, ready to share the magic of our universe and uncork the bubbles once you’ve popped the big question.

Your Stargazing Proposal Package includes:

• 3 nights accommodation at either XSPOT Medlands Beach House, XSPOT Cliff House, or our secluded Medlands Sanctuary

• A completely private, tailor-made stargazing experience in a certified Dark Sky Sanctuary

• A photo to capture the magic (if you wish)

• A rental vehicle for the length of your stay (72 hours or less)

• Premium return flights from our Airport to the Island with Barrier Air
